Rights and Rules

New Hope is happy to welcome families from Monroe, Owen, and Greene Counties. We accept families with children headed by single moms, single dads, married couples, unmarried couples, same-sex couples, transgender individuals, custodial grandparents, and other family make-ups with children in custody.

We are committed to protecting families’ privacy.

Once in shelter, families work with our dedicated team to meet the needs develop an individualized plan to move families through shelter to stable housing. Families are expected to follow basic rules to protect the safety of the community and can expect New Hope to be their advocate as they work to regain stability.
